🚨 Discord Icon Redirects to Invalid Invite Link

Description

Clicking the Discord icon in the navigation bar redirects to an invalid or expired Discord invite link. Users are unable to join the intended community server.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to the website
2. Locate the Discord icon on navigation bar
3. Click the icon
4. Observe that the browser opens an invalid / expired Discord invite page

Expected Behavior

Clicking the Discord icon should redirect users to a valid, active Discord invite link for the community.

Actual Behavior

The current invite link leads to an expired link.
