Improved startup performance.

I'm interested in improving the startup performance of scripts.

Particularly after the first run.

I note that you have a -k option to key the temp package file.
Is there someway we can use this to avoid the pub get on every start up (I assume this is what causes the slow start?).

If you can point me in the right direction I'm happy to have a look at the problem.
