Add the ability to add the Range Up augment to the Breaker module to expand the area of blocks targeted to be broken.
Reasons why it should be considered
as stated in the title. it'd be very nice if i were able to increase the range for target blocks, my goal specifically being to destroy blocks in a 3x3 area.
