FR: Use entire SVG for cluster nodes/pods in network maps #197
Description
Make use of entire SVG to move network nodes and pods around. Currently, a cluster of network nodes can only move so far (30% or so of the svg) from its initial position. We should ensure the nodes can use the entire svg, but still avoid issues with nodes spawning inside each other etc.
