Hi, I found for some style it can get good result than Gatys, is there additional preprocess or post-process jobs for transfer

That's expected, because this method is much less computationally demanding (i.e. faster), but cannot produce the high-quality renderings from Gatys et al. For that you'd have to go to http://deepart.io and use the web interface.
