Change position of the clock relative to the teams

As for now, the proposition is always on the left and the opposition on the right. It is aligned with the debate room outline, provided that the clock is where the Marshall stands. However, if it's behind the judges, it needs to be the other way around.

Proposed changes
A button for swapping the teams. When clicked, the opposition is on the left of the clock, and the proposition is on the right.

This should probably be in the debate config screen – I'm not a huge fan of adding things to the core debate-in-the-running clock screen.
