Make license explicit #556
Description
It would be helpful for this repository to have an explicit LICENSE file in the root that says under what terms the content can be reused, redistributed, etc.
CC-BY-4.0 or CC0 are typically used for creative content that is intended to be permissively licensed. Other clauses can be added to reflect more restrictions, if desired
