Performance info for volumes

It would be helpful to have some sort of expected performance numbers for the different kinds of storage available. E.g. expected latency and bandwidth for Volume vs. NFS Share vs. Object. 

I expect this is specific per site, and I'm specifically using the Berlin cluster.

FWIW I'm seeing about 10X difference in throughput for Volume over NFS.
