Bug Description

Repro steps

1. Go to à VS Code instance under iOS/iPadOS
2. Click on 'Add a new connection’
3. See error : Empty Tabs

Expected Behavior

Normal display of tab content with a form to add a connection.

Actual Behavior

Environment

• DBCode version: All (many tested, from ancient to latest 1.32.3)
• VS Code (or fork) version: Code Server 4.122.1
• OS: iPadOS
