I was trying this code and I found your same bug.
This is because the script is written for Python 2 and not for Python 3.

We have two options: run it with python2 (on modern environments where python on the command line means python3) or porting it to Python 3.

I tried to run it with python2 txt2csv.py ... but it was not able to convert a sample file from a Mavic Mini.

Porting to python 3 means starting to change all occurences of

print "something"

into

print("something")

and then seeing all other bugs and fix them...

Looks like project is now obsolete given that last contributions were made 8 years ago. I also tried converting DJI Mini 4 Pro logs after I changed all print statements to python3, but it still failed with different error that ord function could not convert.
