Issues with video attachments across computers #401

Hello, this seems similar to #379 but I didn't see resolution in that thread.
I am working on a study with a number of coders across labs and across macs and PCs. I created a new datavyu file, successfully attached the video, saved it, and now when I open the file, the spreadsheet appears to be correct but the video doesn't load. This has happened to me (mac user) and windows users, and we aren't getting an error message when we open the file. In other cases, when this has happened with an error message, we figured out a workaround by navigating to the video file in a finder window. We haven't been able to figure this one out. And it is only happening on a couple of videos, not the majority of those we are working with (I am able to open others with no problem). Thanks for your help!
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to saved datavyu file with video attached in prior session
- click to open file
- see that spreadsheet opens but video does not (with no error message)
Expected behavior
I would expect for the video to load, or to get an error message about an issue with the video.
