"Orbital logistics" simulation crashes (tips and tricks)

The simulation for "Orbital logistics" in tips and tricks crashes with this error:

At first I thought it was Any Planet Start, but I tested and got the same crash with PlanetsLib as the only mod enabled.

Okay, I think I finally figured out what's going on here. The failing simulation code (source) is:

The error states that position is missing, meaning that target is nil—which happens because the rocket silo's recipe is disabled by this code in PlanetsLib:

At the beginning of the simulation code, there's already this:

game.forces.player.recipes["carbonic-asteroid-crushing"].enabled = true
game.forces.player.recipes["metallic-asteroid-crushing"].enabled = true
game.forces.player.recipes["oxide-asteroid-crushing"].enabled = true

So I'm going to try enabling the rocket part recipe here as well to see if it fixes the bug. (If I'm right, it'll probably still break if "Any Planet Start" is enabled and configured for a planet that uses the non-default rocket part recipe, but at least we'll know what the problem is.)

If it's easy to fix the simulation by enabling the rocket part recipe, then I'll file a "bug" report (can you even call it a bug?) with Wube.

Turns out the fix would be a bit more involved, to the extent that I really don't think it'd be worth it for Wube to "fix" it. Since anybody playing Factorio with modded planets should really already understand orbital logistics, I think the existence of this bug is very minor.
