New /todo plugin for repos with many domains: read DOMAINS.tape + each snapshot, rank by OPEN milestone count, render a numbered dashboard, select a subset, and drive them in parallel. - /todo (bare/ls): dashboard — ★ active · 5-cell progress bar · open count · @goal snippet, sorted open-desc - /todo <n> <m> …: pick domains by number - /todo <N> track: auto-pick the top-N most-open domains (e.g. /todo 2 track) - selection persists a track set (~/.sidecar/todo/<key>.tracks) and prints a per-track launch plan (track i: <NAME> → /domain set <NAME> && /cycle-bg); the model fans out one background Agent per track (drain + /pr-cycle), the same command-prints-plan → model-fans-out contract as /cycle - go/plan (re-print), status, clear - READ-ONLY over the repo: never edits a domain doc/verdict/log; only the track-set file is written. Distinct from the /domain todo <task> log verb - validated live on hexa-codex's 28 domains: ranking, bars, 2 track, explicit picks (1 3 5 → ENGINE/ECONOMICS/AGENT), status, clear all correct - g22 lockstep: plugin 0.1.0 <-> marketplace 0.1.0 + CHANGELOG, same commit Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
