H_1057 β€” Can the agency axis be INSTALLED via ARCHITECTURE / RUNTIME-STRUCTURE?

The constructive converse of the H_1055 temporal-curriculum null. H_1051/H_1054 (prior-GREEN) MEASURED an agency-T axis (provenance-depth H_932 + veto H_935); the learning-dynamics side closed negative (H_1052 SGLD-RED, H_1053 QRNG-RED, H_1055 curriculum-RED). runtime provenance-register architecture (A) or a runtime veto-gate architecture
(B) INSTALLS a recoverable agency-T axis a matched-CE feedforward/no-gate control

At matched task-performance (shared trained Elman head -> CE identical across 5
arms, 20/20 seeds), NO runtime architecture installs a recoverable agency-T axis
beyond a matched control / structure-blind baseline / shuffle floor:

  TREAT-A provenance-register (decode prov-DEPTH): treat rho=-0.1123 IDENTICAL to
    control (d=-0.000<<0.8), below shuffle floor (F=-0.040<<0.2), below capacity-
    matched structure-blind (d_blind=-0.477<0.5). Register adds ZERO depth structure.
  TREAT-B veto-gate (decode exercised-VETO): treat rho=+0.582 beats control (d=+2.14)
