Set: A full bonding curve environment with some token holders.

ERC20

• Send rewards token via the pay() function
• Send other token via exchangeAndDistribute() and verify the balances (beneficiary & holders)
• Send reward token via native ERC20 transfer, and have someone distribute, verify balances
• Send other token via native ERC20 transfer, and then exchangeAndDistribute()

Ether

• Send ether via fallback function and ensure the proper amounts (beneficiary & holders)
• Send other token via exchangeAndDistribute() and verify the balances (beneficiary & holders)
• Send other token via native ERC20 transfer, and then exchangeAndDistribute()
