Missing license file

Hi, while being nosey I noticed that this repo doesn't have a COPYING file. There's some calamari code, so I guess there should be a copy of the LGPL here?

Thanks John. I will Add that to the Repo. What kind of licensing we will
go with? LGPL or GPL? I have least idea about these licensing stuff:)
