conda-forge packages not built

the conda packages are not built since v0.13.0:
conda-forge/dl1_data_handler-feedstock#6

the logs are too old and have been removed so I can't identify clearly the issue

If @rcervinoucm (pinged as the maintainer) could take a look, or if someone else could take over maintaining in their place pls?

@rcervinoucm added a workflow for the conda package and uploaded the recent v0.14.6. Not sure how it works with conda-forge, do we need to retrigger something there in order to build them? @vuillaut, do you know?

I fear this is not how it works.
The meta.yml recipe is part of the conda-forge feedstock: https://github.com/conda-forge/dl1_data_handler-feedstock/blob/main/recipe/meta.yaml

The conda-forge bot searches for new pypi releases every night and build the conda package from the pypi release.

In the dl1_data_handler case, the bot is blocked and will not search for new releases because 3 PRs are blocked.

See documentation:

The bot stops making version update PRs when the package feedstock has three or more open version update PRs. The package's maintainer should close or merge those PRs for the bot to work correctly for future version updates.

I have restarted the build of v0.14.2:
conda-forge/dl1_data_handler-feedstock#6

It fails because the dependencies in meta.yml have not been updated

Please update the meta.yml in the conda feedstock PRs to build each package version up to v0.14.6 (only a maintainer can do it)

Thanks a lot for the review, I have updated the meta.yml on conda-forge and everything seems to be fine. If you are ok with the changes I can close the issue.
