Add notification sound with chat.

It will be helpful to know when you someone chats in chat bar and when you are away from the main window you get a notification sound similarly like rabbit. And there would be a option to enable/disable it

I was thinking about this some time ago myself. Possibly some notifications, too.

I'll be adding this soon though, it will be easy to do. Just not sure about the option to enable/disable it since we have no way done to change settings.
