Drone CI pipeline, build system #85
Description
With the initial implementation of Drone CI, we must improve the build system:
- unit tests, integration tests, migrations, mocks
- build releases for branches
Other ideas:
- enforce DCO (Clarify contribution rules, DCO #70 can be solved using a drone extension),
