Remove all system deps from messaging #117

With 5b28c26 there is a test (make test.cross-dep) to help you discover all cross dependencies we do not want.
With 8f61787 all compose-system dependencies were removed.
Remove migrations and user mocks from
messagingpackage. Also,messaging/serviceproxy layer needs to be removed. Wait for #116.
