Support nonprofit organization workflows (like CiviCRM) and broaden language

This ticket can serve as a broad feature request for Crust to support everything that CiviCRM does: https://civicrm.org/explore-civicrm

• Peer to peer fundraising
• Advocacy campaigns (petitions, calls to action, ...)
• Event management
• etc

As well as to broaden language in as many places as possible by—where appropriate—using words like:

• "contact", "patron", "member"etc. rather than "customer"
• "conversion", "acquisition", or "action" instead of "sale"

The nonprofit sector seems like a large base that you could easily support!
