Publish image 0.11.4 to crossplane-contrib

What problem are you facing?

The latest version in crossplane-contrib of the image is 0.11.2. In Upbound marketplace, the version is 0.11.4. There are missing features between 0.11.2 and 0.11.4 and not just security fixes.

The image 0.11.4 should be also available in crossplane-contrib packages.

Seems failed on the latest crossplane CLI. I'll fix it.

Digging more into it I see in logs that xpkg was uploaded on 2025-08-13, but push was trigerred on 2025-08-21. So there were no artifacts available to download due to artifact retention set to one day.

The resolutions is simple then - just restart all the steps within one day....
