There is a website focused on Win3.1 drivers with

• USB sound Driver for "3D Sound" USB device
• USB audio wave driver 123usb05.zip Driver created for Saberent model:AU-MMSA
• Old USB audio wave driver 123usb05.zip
• etc.

I think there is source code in that - potentially useful to improve the DOS implementation? But I may be mistaken.

Hopefully both speakers and microphone will be supported.
