Work out what to do re Keras version and TF version

The Keras branch is currently the live version of RoboJam backing the app. Need to figure out what to do with the TF version.

1. Is the Keras version actually better? Certainly more compact (one file)
2. Can the Keras version's performance be improved with further training?
3. Can the Keras version's performance improvements be quantified?
4. What to do about the old TF version?
