Adopt github.com/cplieger/httpx: wrap the CA-pinned transport in a retrying RoundTripper that honors Retry-After on 429 and uses jittered exponential backoff. Keeps the CA-pinned TLS transport, refuse-all redirect policy, typed *HTTPStatusError/ErrNotFound, and the 10 MiB body cap. WebSocket session handling is unchanged.
