Rename project to errbit-postgres

As per this comment where the owner of Errbit requested that this project be renamed:

It would be helpful if this project was called something like errbit-postgres to distinguish it and make it easier to find on GitHub. Otherwise, it just looks like a random contributing fork vs. a separate project serving as an alternative to the main errbit.
