Update description for the Mac App Store

I hadn’t updated the Mac App Store text for quite a long time, so ahead of the CotEditor 7.0.0 release planned for mid-month, I’ve completely revised the English source text.

Updating the localized descriptions is not required, but I’d really appreciate it if you could take this opportunity to refresh them. Also, for languages that haven’t had a localized App Store description so far, it would be great if you could create one this time. If you do, I’ll include it in the 7.0.0 release update on the App Store.

The English source text is in Description/Description.en.md. I’ll update the screenshots as needed, so you don’t have to create or update them.
