Call for Additional Maintainer

@TheRealBecks has joined me as a Podlet maintainer! We are looking for an additional person to join us to help ease the load of managing issues and pull requests. It's ok if you don't know Rust. Please comment below if you are interested.

I am interested - though mainly as contributor at the moment. Recently I've made quite a few patches on my forks of podlet and compose_spec_rs while waiting for you guys to return after the holidays (as announced), and looking at the issues those would close about 4 of them. With a little initial guidance I could make the PRs properly and potentially help with the reviews. Lmk

@SinnySupernova As you might have seen we're already busy with bug fixes, enhancements and organizational work. In the mean time I would like to invite you to contribute to the project. You also said you patched your Podlet? Feel free to open issues (if they don't already exist) and file PRs so the community can benefit from your patches.
