add tools to download from xeno canto for other bird models and species

There should be a utility to download xeno canto (and possibly other dataset) bird audio easily using their api. It's clunky to do from the interface. It's the main best source for getting good sound files for birds that we don't have our own dataset for.

Note on this, their API is changing https://xeno-canto.org/explore/api

You will need an API key that isn't hard to get. It looks like it just makes it easier for the folks at XC to figure out is slowing the site down
