Enable enrichment of paths with env variables #1
Description
- hosts paths should be enriched by available ${env.xxx} variables
- direct paths should be enriched by available ${env.xxx} variables
- repo config paths should be enriched by available ${env.xxx} variables
- any paths pulled from hosts lookup should be enriched by available ${env.xxx} variables
