I see that the MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET here is 11.0 and ACCELERATE=ON is set for osx arm64 and osx x86_64 but isn't there a newer version of Accelerate for macOS 13.3+ ? I think something like that has been taken care of in conda-forge/blas-feedstock#105 but I don't fully understand how this works in the conda universe. But what I'm asking is whether this llama.cpp feedstock makes use of the newer Accelerate version where possible?
