conda-forge/staged-recipes#33028 was accidentally merged in with an rc classifier. I promptly fixed it in conda-forge/stare-atlas-feedstock#1 to use the stare-atlas_rc channel. However, v0.3.0rc0 is still available in the conda-forge channel.
