Make repository public

As I was creating this repo, I realized I didn't check the license of the original source of the Dockerfile and firewall script. Its published in a repo without permissive license (probably just an oversight). I filed anthropics/claude-code#11207)

Hopefully they can move to https://github.com/anthropics/claude-cookbooks or similar which uses MIT so we are can publicly redistribute safely.

I already pointed to this repo without realizing it is not public :-/ let's raise some FUD in claude minds there with hopes to trigger some attention and action (there is over 5k issues there!!!)

as they are silent there and we no longer even use firewall script, and dockerfile is quite minimalistic we might consider redoing it altogether with e.g. neurodocker to follow best strategies etc, and then making this open

Our dockerfile has diverged so much from the original we made this public a while back.
