Add mermaid figure depicting our relationship to/between the projects we are involved in

We have https://centerforopenneuroscience.org/projects but it is "boring" and not really exhaustive and does not provide adequate relationship between projects. Inspired by our with @candleindark drawings of mermaid diagrams, like in

So I wondered if we could/should depict projects and potentially with some grouppings... Criteria for inclusion could be quite loose, and the goal here would be mostly to orient visitors in the "universe" of the neuro projects which we are involved with... Very likely there could be even more detailed, more project oriented "subplots" (e.g. for DANDI, DataLad, etc) where it would be like centering a mind-tree over that project and potentially bringing more distant relationships which are not necessarily where CON is involved.

I think it would be a good idea. The only concern is that as we accumulate items in the graph, we will eventually face the problem we are facing in bids-standard/bids-website#626 (comment). Let's see if we can come up with a good solution for that problem first?

Since we found a good solution for pan and zoom at bids-standard/bids-website#626, I think we should do this. However, before we actually draw the graph. I think we need to look for a solution to do pan and zoom with pelican.

Well, may be we also should redo the website in hugo which would allow us to learn it better and take advantage of that taxonomies feature and finally add bibliography etc. But that would be orthogonal to this issue.

In that case, we can start drawing the diagram. I am sure we can add mermaid support to a HUGO site.
