Analysis code availability

In the MDAR Reproducibility Checklist you have indicated that the analysis code will be published. Unfortunately, I can only find the data here and not the code. I would be very grateful if you could upload or tell me where to find the analysis code.

We're working on cleaning up / documenting the CRACK code for easier general use. We should have this up and available by March. If you would like to try out any specific code more immediately, please email jerry@chen-lab.org
