• try to give an idea of what the day-to-day will look like

Let's start with some questions we think these participants would want answered:

• What exactly are my responsibilities to the group I will be "facilitating/moderating?"
• What are my responsibilities to the committee?
• What do you think the total time commitment will be?
• What are expectations about when I am available and how responsive I need to be to a project team/leader?
• What are the minimum number of weeks/months that I am expected to participate?
• What if I don't want to do this any more?
• What is the benefit to me?
• What types of projects might I be helping with?
• Do I need to know a lot about software development?
• Do I need to know a lot about civics/government/etc?
