Can the 360k dataset be used to train a commercial model?

The license in this repo is MIT but its not clear whether the dataset itself is commercially viable or not because MVTec is under CC-BY-NC-ND

Since the generated images use datasets such as MVTec, they have the same commercial license as MVTec.
