High-resolution segmentation and model export question

Hello everyone, how are you?

I came across your work while researching online, after running into challenges with segmenting high-resolution images. Most of the traditional architectures I tested had issues handling this properly.

I’m currently experimenting with HiaD in my work, and I already have an inference system set up. Does your implementation allow exporting or saving the model as a .pt file so it can be reused later for inference?

The checkpoint_root parameter passed when defining HRTrainer specifies the path where the model files will be saved. The model files will be saved with the .pkl extension; these pkl files are virtually identical to pt files.
