Would you be able to implement the remove function on this b-tree? Your implementation seems very lean so far, I'm a fan!

Hi Lance, thanks so much for looking at and inquiring about this repo! Implementing a remove
function is definitely possible. I'm fairly busy at the moment, but I should be able to implement this within the next couple of weeks.
