cloudscale_load_balancer_health_monitor name field does not exist, doc mismatch

https://registry.terraform.io/providers/cloudscale-ch/cloudscale/latest/docs/resources/load_balancer_health_monitor shows there is a name field in the cloudscale_load_balancer_health_monitor resource. This field does not exist, not in the tf provider, nor in the cloudscale api
