magisk installed for another user

installed on consumer edition, app list says magisk installed for another user, can't change user in the settings, can't open it.
also for some reason the developer edition won't launch, just shows up in the system tray, nothing happens when i click launch emulator.

Enable magisk with :

:/data/data/com.termux/files/home # pm install-existing com.topjohnwu.magisk
