Supported versions of INFOR EAM

Dear EAM-Light-Team,
me and my colleague are trying to set up EAM Light to provide users within our company with a light weight EAM UI. The Version deployed in our system is Infor EAM 11.3 Build 201802.
So far we have been following the very helpful set up instructions given here. However, we encountered some problems during setup:
When creating the 'EULLAY' grid we noticed that the grid makes use of the 'PLO_PARENTPAGE' column which does not exist in the corresponding table of our environment. I also think we are in pretty much the same situation as in issue #25.

Which rises the following questions for us:

1. Is Version 11.3 Build 201802 supported by EAM Light ?
2. What versions of INFOR are supported by EAM Light ? (In the medium-term we are going to update to a newer version)
3. What was the solution for issue EAM Light does not work on my environment #25 ?
