close not working after resize

The application can not be closed

Steps to reproduce

1. on a hires monitor in 250% scale open a video
2. go to full screen
3. go back to normal view

Actual results

different things can occur
the titel bar is not scaled (appears in 100%)
the close icon is not visible
the close icon is not working

Expected results

a normal 250% sized windows dressing with a working close icon
