Torrents not starting in paused state with qBittorent v5.1.2

According to the readme the torrents will be started in a paused state for review, this is good for many reasons. However with a newer [>5] version of qBittorent they are starting immediately instead of being paused and allowing for review. This means if the files don't match it downloads the new copy straight away.
