Default to protecting content (checkbox checked)

Is there a way to set the "Limit access to the content to users of the selected roles" default so all options are pre-selected? My intent is to ensure all material will be private without the possibility of forgetting to check all the boxes.

@cartpauj yes, we have an option to lock website using private website option.

Okay, maybe recommend that to the customer for now. I'll put this issue on the backlog while we collect more votes for it.
