[help wanted] write Windows-OS branch in detect_paths.sh

The path-validation script (in the internal context folder) has Linux and macOS branches verified. Windows is declared but unverified — the path constants are placeholder.

We need someone with a Windows dev box to:

1. Install Claude Code, Cursor, Codex on Windows
2. Run a session in each, then locate the transcript files
3. PR an updated detect_paths.sh Windows branch with verified paths
4. Add a WINDOWS_VERIFICATION.md to the internal context folder following the same shape as the Linux/macOS docs

This unblocks Windows v0.1 support.
