Nextflow 26 and Bactopia v4 have been released. We should update to these at some point. Maybe at this point it would be a good place to add support for multiple versions of things. Nextflow 25 doesn't support Bactopia 4 and Bactopia 3 doesn't support Nextflow 26. So we might need to make a path forward to be able to support multiple versions of pipeline executors...
