remove any reference to the enterprise license when Canton 3.5 is released

In a product team meeting, it was announced that, as of 3.5, everything is distributed using an OSS so an enterprise license is not needed.

This means all references to an enterprise license needs to be removed for the 3.5 release.

Result: 117 case-insensitive enterprise keyword occurrences across 43 files.

Notable cleanup buckets:

Direct license/edition wording: Canton enterprise license, licensed users of Canton Enterprise, Enterprise Edition, Daml Enterprise, enterprise-only.
Generated API/proto names: EnterpriseParticipantReplicationService, enterprise_participant_replication_service.proto; these may need special handling if the name is source-derived.
General market-language prose: “enterprise use cases”, “enterprise adoption”, “enterprise application”, “enterprise deployments”.

@hrischuk-da just noting that even if we remove all instances of "enterprise" from the handwritten docs, it will still occur in some of the generated docs because files and at least one service have the word Enterprise in them.
