Integrate Trigger/Polling site features into core features

Trigger and Polling features are in the dev site features, but not integrated into the module yet.

Specifically, doProcessEndpoints, which runs through the list of endpoints and posts updates to Slack, needs to be integrated. (This is easier now that a Slack module is ready)
