Download non-master branches of projects #376
Description
As of #374, the GitHub project miner will download the master branch of a user project if it has one, and will reject the project otherwise. To reduce the number of rejected projects, the miner should download the user project's default branch. This is not possible until hub4j/github-api#494 has been fixed or worked around in the GitHub API library we're using.
